Visa Services – Terms & Conditions
1. Visa Assistance Services
Wing Travel and Tours provides visa application assistance, document guidance, appointment support, and related travel services. Our role is to assist applicants with the application process and does not include making decisions on visa applications.
2. Visa Approval
Visa approval, refusal, processing time, and visa conditions are determined solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration department, or other authorized government authority. Wing Travel and Tours does not guarantee visa approval.
3. Applicant Responsibilities
Applicants must provide accurate, complete, and genuine information and documentation. Any false, misleading, altered, or fraudulent information may result in visa refusal and may have further legal consequences. Applicants are responsible for ensuring that their passport and supporting documents meet the requirements of the relevant visa authority.
4. Visa & Service Fees
Applicants must pay the applicable government/embassy visa fees and Wing Travel and Tours service charges before the application is submitted, unless otherwise agreed. Government, embassy, appointment, biometric, and other official fees may be non-refundable, including in cases where a visa application is refused or withdrawn.
5. Processing Time
Visa processing times provided by Wing Travel and Tours are estimates only. Processing may take longer due to embassy workload, additional document requests, security checks, public holidays, or changes in immigration procedures.
6. Additional Requirements
Applicants may be required to attend an interview, provide biometric information, submit additional documents, undergo a medical examination, or comply with other requirements established by the relevant authority.
7. Changes in Immigration Rules
Visa requirements, application procedures, fees, and immigration policies may change without prior notice. Applicants are responsible for complying with the latest requirements issued by the relevant government authority.
8. Refusal or Delay
Wing Travel and Tours is not responsible for visa refusals, delays, cancellations, additional processing, or decisions made by embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, or other government agencies.
9. Travel After Visa Approval
A visa does not necessarily guarantee entry into a country. Final entry decisions may be made by immigration officers at the port of entry. Applicants should carefully check their visa validity, permitted duration of stay, number of entries, and other conditions before travelling.
10. Cancellation & Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the payment and the applicable terms communicated to the applicant before the service begins. Government and embassy fees are generally subject to the refund policies of the relevant authority.
11. Data & Documents
Applicants should provide only the documents and personal information necessary for processing their application. Documents supplied to Wing Travel and Tours will be handled for the purpose of providing the requested visa or travel service, subject to applicable laws and our privacy practices.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting visa assistance from Wing Travel and Tours, the applicant confirms that they have provided truthful information, understand that visa approval cannot be guaranteed, and agree to these terms and conditions.
